Veteran toy observers will note that there is no great uniformity among dinosaur coloration. That’s because, since no dinosaur skin has ever been found, scientists really have no idea what color they were. So if this stegosaurus is purple and green, well, why not? In the Imaginext mythology, Spike is a good guy, part of a team of friendly named the "Ecovores", herbivorous dinosaurs that regularly do battle against a dangerous Allosaurus named Slasher. Spike’s tail whips back and forth. In a move that flies against everything we know about natural history, he also comes with a small caveman sidekick who helps him.
